  • How can I pay for my order?

You can choose your preferred payment method upon checkout. The payment can be made via credit/debit card or via bank transfer.

 

  • Where is my order?

  • I have a problem with my order

If you are have any issue regarding your order, please contact us on kmansooriabayas@gmail.com or +971 56 552 3118. If there is any mistake with your order, let us know as soon as possible so we can correct it.

 

  • How do I buy?

To buy the pieces, add them to your cart buy clicking on “add to cart” option on the product page. Then you will have the option to continue browsing or to checkout. The pieces in the cart are not reserved for you and will only be reserved for you once the order is placed. Any piece(s) in your shopping cart will remain in your shopping cart unless deleted or completed.

 

  • Why was my order cancelled?

We will be unable to process your order if any of the following scenarios arise:

A) Wrong phone number for order verification
B) Item going out of stock

 

  • How long will it take to deliver?

Delivery times may vary depending on the product you have ordered, the expected duration is mostly between 3-4 days. The shipping services we use would allow you to track your delivery.

 

  • How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us directly on kmansooriabayas@gmail.com or on +971 56 552 3118 so we can cancel the order. Any cancellations should be done within 1 hour of the purchase and The refund will be made to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-8 business days for the refund transfer. Please allow xx days of refund transfer.  

 

  • I can’t complete my purchase with a credit or debit card, what should I do?

If you're having trouble completing a purchase with a credit or debit card, please make sure you have sufficient funds or credit bank account. Other possible reasons could include errors with your billing address or 3-digit CVV number. If all the details you’ve entered are correct, make sure to contact your bank to look further into the issue. You are also free to use any of our payment methods available at checkout.
