Shipping policy

• Orders will be processed within 4-5 working days of receiving the authorized payment. Orders will be shipped via courier and shipping times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures. The estimated time for receiving an order is approximately 5-8 days.

• Delivery of orders also depends on whether the product is available in stock and if this is the case then the order will be shipped the soonest.

• We charge a fixed rate of AED 30 for domestic orders and approx AED 120 for international orders depending on the weight of the package. Please note that VAT, customs, and any import duty taxes may vary from country to country and must be settled by the customer to the courier at the time of delivery. We would recommend that you consult your local authority for more details.

• K Mansoori will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

• We ship via Aramax. A tracking number will be sent to the customer once the order is shipped to track the shipment.

• Its the customer’s responsibility to track his/her shipment and make sure to receive it.
