Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your orders, hence, we offer refund services under certain conditions.

General Terms

Defective Items Notification: Customers are required to notify us of defective items within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, otherwise, the product will be assumed to have been received in good condition.

Condition for Returns: Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with the original tags attached within 7 days.

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only allowed if an item is defective or not according to the description.

Refund Process: Customers are eligible for a refund which will be made back to their original credit/debit card within 7-14 working days after the approval of the return request.

Non-Applicable Returns/Refunds: Returns and refunds are not applicable for orders that are refused upon delivery.

Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of purchase, and refunds will be made back to their original mode of payment.


Detailed Return Charges

Local Orders: If you return your entire order, you will be charged for the return shipping. If you only return part of your order, you won't be charged for the return shipping.

International Orders: If you return your entire or partial order, you will be charged for the return shipping.

Made-to-Order Products

Cancellation: Made-to-order products cannot be canceled once the production process has begun. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Returns: No returns for made-to-order products unless the product is defective or significantly different from the provided specifications during the order process.

Exchanges: No exchanges for made-to-order products. However, if the product does not fit properly due to a sizing error on our part, we offer exchanges only. Refunds are not possible. Contact us within 7 working days of receiving the product to assess your request on a case-by-case basis. If a claim is found to be incorrect, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchange requests.

Payment: Made-to-order products are eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD), but cannot be canceled once ordered. Payment must be made upon delivery.

Ready-to-Wear Products

Cancellation: Orders for ready-to-wear products can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not accepted.

Returns: Returns are accepted for ready-to-wear products within 7 working days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging.

Exchanges: Exchanges for ready-to-wear products are accepted within 7 working days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging.

Ready-to-Wear Products with Alterations

Cancellation: Orders for ready-to-wear products with alterations cannot be canceled once the alteration process has begun. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Returns: Returns are not accepted for ready-to-wear products with alterations unless the product is defective or significantly different from the provided specifications during the order process.

Exchanges: If the altered ready-to-wear product does not fit properly due to a sizing error on our part, we offer exchanges only. Refunds are not possible. Contact us within 7 working days of receiving the product to assess your request on a case-by-case basis. If a claim is found to be incorrect, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchange requests.

Perfumes and Fragrances

Due to temperature sensitivity, we do not accept returns or exchanges for perfumes and fragrances.
