Exchange & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your orders therefore we offer refund services on certain conditions.

• within 48 hours of receiving the order" instead of "shipment, otherwise the product is assumed to be in good condition.
• Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition with the original tags attached within 7 days.
• Returns are only allowed if an item is defective or not according to the description.
• Customers will receive a refund back to their original method of payment (credit/debit card).
• Returns and refunds are not applicable if the customer refuses to accept delivery of an order.

CANCELLATION: Customers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of purchase and will receive a refund back to their original method of payment.
