We want you to be completely happy with your orders, hence, we offer refund services under certain conditions.

General Terms

Defective Items Notification: Customers are required to notify us of defective items within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, otherwise, the product will be assumed to have been received in good condition.

Condition for Returns: Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with the original tags attached within 7 days.

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only allowed if an item is defective or not according to the description.

Refund Process: Customers are eligible for a refund which will be made back to their original credit/debit card within 7-14 working days after the approval of the return request.

Non-Applicable Returns/Refunds: Returns and refunds are not applicable for orders that are refused upon delivery.

Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of purchase, and refunds will be made back to their original mode of payment.


Detailed Return Charges

Local Orders: If you return your entire order, you will be charged for the return shipping. If you only return part of your order, you won't be charged for the return shipping.

International Orders: If you return your entire or partial order, you will be charged for the return shipping.

Made-to-Order Products

Cancellation: Made-to-order products cannot be canceled once the production process has begun. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Returns: No returns for made-to-order products unless the product is defective or significantly different from the provided specifications during the order process.

Exchanges: No exchanges for made-to-order products. However, if the product does not fit properly due to a sizing error on our part, we offer exchanges only. Refunds are not possible. Contact us within 7 working days of receiving the product to assess your request on a case-by-case basis. If a claim is found to be incorrect, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchange requests.

Payment: Made-to-order products are eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD), but cannot be canceled once ordered. Payment must be made upon delivery.

Ready-to-Wear Products

Cancellation: Orders for ready-to-wear products can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not accepted.

Returns: Returns are accepted for ready-to-wear products within 7 working days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging.

Exchanges: Exchanges for ready-to-wear products are accepted within 7 working days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging.

Ready-to-Wear Products with Alterations

Cancellation: Orders for ready-to-wear products with alterations cannot be canceled once the alteration process has begun. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Returns: Returns are not accepted for ready-to-wear products with alterations unless the product is defective or significantly different from the provided specifications during the order process.

Exchanges: If the altered ready-to-wear product does not fit properly due to a sizing error on our part, we offer exchanges only. Refunds are not possible. Contact us within 7 working days of receiving the product to assess your request on a case-by-case basis. If a claim is found to be incorrect, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchange requests.

Perfumes and Fragrances

Due to temperature sensitivity, we do not accept returns or exchanges for perfumes and fragrances.

PURCHASES

K Mansoori accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective Merchant service providers. Please review respective Merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of K Mansoori. All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules.

Multi-Currency Priced Transaction: Any charges imposed by the bank for transacting in a currency other than AED is the responsibility of the shopper.

The United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) is our country of domicile. This site is controlled by K Mansoori from the U.A.E. K Mansoori makes no representation that this site is appropriate for use in other locations. If you use this site from other locations, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. Eligibility for Membership

K Mansoori wishes to ensure that its shoppers are able to form legally binding contracts and further that minors do not purchase unsuitable content. Therefore, membership of the site is not available to persons under the age of 18 years. You represent that you are 18 years of age or over before you become a member of the site. K Mansoori reserves the right to limit or withdraw access to the site or the membership of any person if K Mansoori believes that person is under the age of 18 years. Services and Related Fees

K Mansoori is not an auction house nor a bank, and does not offer auction or banking services. The site is an online platform allowing for the sale and purchase of items between K Mansoori Boutique and the shoppers. The purpose of our service is to provide a simple and convenient service to shoppers, and concluding orders and delivering them.

K Mansoori owns the products listed on the website. K Mansoori relies in good faith that information provided by us on the website is accurate, and therefore does not warrant that such information is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. You should not rely solely on the information presented on the website, and you should read labels, warnings, and directions provided with the products. Please let K Mansoori know of any errors that you find.

Membership for shoppers on the site is free. K Mansoori does not charge any fee for browsing and buying listed items on the site.

K Mansoori may choose to temporarily change the fees for our services for promotional events (for example, free shipping days) or new services, and such temporary changes are effective in accordance with their terms when we post them on the site.

Disputes with K Mansoori

If any dispute, claim, controversy, or difference in respect of K Mansoori arises out of or in connection with or in relation to these terms and conditions (“Dispute”), including (without limitation) any question regarding the formation, existence, scope, performance, interpretation, validity or termination of these terms and conditions or this clause, or any question regarding the legal relationships established by these terms and conditions or the consequences of its nullity, then the parties shall first attempt amicably to settle the dispute through good-faith negotiations over a period of thirty (30) calendar days commencing on the date that a party first sends to the other party a written notice of the dispute.

In the event that a dispute has not been settled amicably by the relevant parties by the end of such thirty (30) calendar day-period, the parties hereby agree that the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration as set out below, under the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Financial Centre – London Court of International Arbitration (“LCIA”), which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The parties to the arbitration shall seek to agree on a sole arbitrator to be nominated to the LCIA court for appointment. If the parties to the arbitration fail to nominate a sole arbitrator within 30 days from the date of the service of the request upon the respondent (or such greater or lesser period as may be fixed by the LCIA Court), the sole arbitrator shall be appointed by the LCIA Court. The seat or legal place of the arbitration shall be Dubai International Financial Centre in Dubai, UAE. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language and the award shall be in English. The foregoing provisions of this clause are without prejudice to the right of K Mansoori to seek interim relief at any time from any court of competent jurisdiction (whether or not an arbitrator has been appointed) and K Mansoori shall not be deemed to have breached this arbitration agreement or infringed the powers of the arbitrator for having done so.

Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to utilize and access the site pursuant to the requirements and restrictions of these terms of use. K Mansoori may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the site at any time. K Mansoori may also, without notice or liability, impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to all or portions of the site. You shall have no rights to the proprietary software and related documentation, if any, provided to you in order to access the site. Cancellation

Shoppers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of purchase and refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed and note that the amount refunded will be net of bank processing charges. After 1 hour of placing an order, shoppers can only cancel the order before we start processing their orders, which will be confirmed by email. We will assess cancellation post-processing time and will inform the shopper about our decision regarding their request. Cancellations for bespoke orders are not possible during the processing time and any cancellation will incur the full cost. Refunds agreed by us will be done only through a credit note with Kmansoori.com
