How can I pay for my order?

You can choose your preferred payment method upon checkout. The payment can be done via credit/debit card or via bank transfer.

I have a problem with my order

How do I buy?

To buy the pieces, add them to your cart buy clicking on “add to cart” option on the product page. Then you will have the option to continue browsing or to checkout. The pieces in the cart are not reserved for you and are available for other customers until the order is placed. Any piece(s) in your shopping cart will remainin your shopping cart unless deleted or completed.

Why was my order cancelled?

We will be unable to process your order if any of the following scenarios arise:

A) Wrong phone number for order verification

B) Item going out of stock

How long will it take to deliver?

This may vary according to the product that you have chosen, the expected duration is mostly between 3-4 days. The shipping services we use would allow you to track your delivery.

How do I cancel my order?

For cancellations, please contact us directly on kmansooriabayas@gmail.com or on +971564201397 so we can cancel the order. Any cancellations should be done within 1 hour of the purchase and refund will be back to the original mode of payment. Please allow xx days of refund transfer.

I can’t complete my purchase with a credit or debit card, what should I do?

For card payments, please make sure you have sufficient funds or credit bank account. Other issues might include issue with your billing address, your 3-digit CV2 number, etc. If all the details you’ve entered are correct, make sure to contact your bank to look further into the issue. You are also free to use any of our payment methods available at checkout.
