Shipping Information

  • Orders will be processed within 4-5 working days of receiving the confirmed payment. Orders will be shipped via courier and shipping times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures. The estimated delivery time is approximately 5-8 days.
  • Delivery of orders also depends on whether the product is available in stock and if this is the case then the order will be shipped as soon as possible.
  • We charge a fixed rate of AED 30 for domestic orders and approximately AED 120 for international orders depending on the weight of the package. Please note that VAT, customs, and any import duty taxes may vary from country to country and must be paid by the customer to the courier at the time of delivery. We would recommend that you consult your local authority for more details.
  • According to UAE law, K Mansoori cannot provide services or products to any countries subject to OFAC sanctions.
  • We ship via Emirates Post. A tracking number will be sent to the customer once the order is shipped to track the shipment.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to track their shipment and ensure its receipt.
